Seth Govind Das was awarded Padma Bhushan in 1961. He remained member of Parliament from 1947-1974 and represented Jabalpur in Parliament. He belongs to the family of Raja Gokuldas of Jabalpur. He was famous Hindi Author and wrote 4 plays during his imprisonment in Damoh Jail named Prakash, Kartavya, Navras and Spardha.

Shri Ram Baboo Lal Ji Agrawal was the Chairman of Bijli Mills Hathras. He was the most renowned industrialists of Hathras area. He was the man who brought Hathras on the map of one of the biggest cloth manufacturing Centre of India. In addition to his business he was very much devoted to Braj Art & Culture. It was Shri Ram Baboo Lal ji who inspired the people for upliftment and preservation of Braj Art & Culture.

Shri Nemichand Jain was a pioneer in Theatre and drama criticism. He was a Hindi Poet also. He was a professor in the National School of Drama for 2 decades. He served as a fellow at the center for cultivation of arts in Jawahar Lal Nehru University Delhi. He published works of criticism including Drishya – Adrishya, Ranga Parampra and Badalte Priprekshya. He was awarded Sangeet Natak Academy Award.

Kaka Hathrasi was a Hindi Satirist and Humorist poet of India. His real name was Prabhu Lal Garg. He belonged to Hathras and was awarded Padma Shri in 1985. Kaka Hathrasi had many talents as a writer, poet, musician, Musicologist, actor and a fine painter. He was the poet who established hasya (comic) Kavi on Kavi Sammelan stage. He has 42 works to his credit comprising Satirical poems, prose and plays.

Seth Gangadas Jhawar was a prominent Industrialist from Kolkata. He was very much fond of Braj Art & Culture and because of this reason he devoted half of his time in Mathura and Vrindavan. For organizing various programs, he very gladly financed those programs.

Shri Amrit Lal Nagar was one of prominent Hindi writers of the 20th Century. He started his career as an author and journalist but moved to be an active writer in Indian film industry. He also worked as drama producer in All India Radio. He was known as one of the most important and multifaceted creative writers of Indian Literature and will be remembered as an important novelist.

Shri Sachchidanand Hari Sakshi Maharaj is an Indian political and religious leader belonging to Bhartiya Janta Party. He was elected member of Parliament from Mathura in 1991 from Farrukhabad in 1996 and 1998 and from Unnao in 2014. He was also member of Rajya Sabha from 2002-2006. He shifted to Delhi from Mathura on the assignment of Professor of Hindi at Jamia Mallia Islamia University. He took voluntarily retirement from Jamia Milia Islamia University in 2004. His wife Dr. Bageshwari Chakradhar is the daughter of very renowned Hasya kavi Shri kaka Hathrasi. He has been actively associated with Radio and Television. He was awarded Padma Shri in 2014 by Government of India. He is recipient of “Yash Bharti” award also. He was appointed Vice Chairman of Hindi Academy Government of Delhi and Vice Chairman of the Kendriya Hindi Sikshan Mandal, Ministry of HRD, Govt. of India.
